New York City's bridges will soon be equipped with choreographed lights, programmed to flash and change color according to music or other signals.
Governor Andrew Cuomo announced the innovation. This phenomenon is installed in many other cities and states, but in New York it will be a spectacle unlike any other. The LED lights will be installed on seven bridges operated by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
Cuomo says the new lights will save money because LED lights last longer and are more energy efficient than regular lights.
This project will change the view of the city forever.
