It's worth a trip to the Woodbury Outlet

In Woodbury and New Jersey Gardes Outlet the shops open from midnight, you should plan at least an extra hour for the trip itself, as many people make the pilgrimage to the mall and the traffic is jammed. Parking spaces are rarely found at the mall itself; you will have to park your vehicle a little outside and take a shuttle to the mall from there.
If you decide to take the bus from Manhattan to Woodbury, remember that seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis based on arrival time or book on our website, where you are guaranteed seats.
The shops themselves offer good bargains, around 10-15% more than usual, but there are queues in front of the shops and at the checkouts, so you have to plan for long waiting times. Remember to dress warmly, especially if you choose Woodbury .
It's worth a trip to the New Jersey Garden Malls
On Black Friday, The Mills at Jersey Gardens will be open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Black Friday prices are reduced by up to 50%, depending on the brand and shop. You can read how to get there here .
Empire Outlets Staten Island
First the most important question. It's worth the drive there! You can take the Staten Island Ferry to the mall, which is free. The selection is rather small, the most famous shops there are Nike Factory Store and Levi's Outlet.

Apple - Most stores open at 8 a.m., but closing times vary by location. Inquire at your local branches. Black Friday is traditionally one of the few days of the year on which the iPhone and Mac manufacturer offers its products cheaper.
Best Buy - Open 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., closing times and hours vary by location. However, customers looking to save up to $800 on select Sony Smart TVs should get in line early.
Clothes
Macy's - The world's largest department store opens at 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving and stays open all night, transforming the city that never sleeps into a city that never stops shopping. Doorbusters include up to 60 percent off men's clothing, 40 percent off women's boots and shoes and 50 percent off kids' collections.
Saks Fifth Avenue - Bargain hunters please note: There is a start time for the offers at the Saks discount store at 7 a.m.
Saks Off Fifth Avenue - The original outlet is open an hour earlier than usual on Saturday (9:00 a.m.) so you can continue shopping all weekend.
Bergdorf Goodman - One of the finest department stores in New York. I once ran into Naomi Campbell there, open on Black Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
H&M online deals start at midnight on Black Friday morning, but store hours vary. The New York City metro area welcomes a lot of customers at 12:01 p.m. or between 6-9 a.m.
Old Navy - Some locations are open 24 hours, others vary their opening and closing times, between 5 a.m. and 10 p.m. are popular times.
Bloomingdale's - The high-end department store on Lexington Avenue will open its doors at 7 a.m. on Black Friday and stay open until 10 p.m. Banana pudding from the Magnolia bakery is available next door.
Marshalls - You will find 5 branches of this store in Manhattan, most of them will be open from 7 a.m. Here you will find great deals from Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Adidas, Nike and similar brands.
Walmart - The really, lovingly meant, crazy ones among you will head to Walmart in New Jersey. Famous for the Black Friday deals, huge crowds head to the store and do what you see on TV, trample around. You can find out how to get there here
Shopping malls
The Shops at Columbus Circle - This New York City mall is a one-stop spot for shopping at stores like J. Crew, H&M, Eileen Fischer, Sugarfina, Hugo Boss and more, each opening on Black Friday from April 9th are open until 10 p.m.
Brookfield Place - The luxury mall in NYC opens its doors and stores two hours early, at 8 a.m., so you can buy your holiday gifts in one fell swoop. It's almost like shopping in the suburbs, except for the excellent views.
Hudson Yards - New York's new glamor piece is open from 10am. Here you will find high-end designers as well as H&M and other similar stores.
My advice
If you are there two or three days in advance, do your shopping. Prices will not change significantly on Black Friday. This saves you the crowds and gives you a larger selection.
The Mills at Jersey Gardens
